"I can't say enough great things about this place! I have been doing business here for YEARS and have always been treated amazing. The ladies are so helpful and friendly (even when I have to call 2 or 3 times in a day lol) They also are great at getting right back to me if they need to call or email me back. I would recommend EVERYONE to give these ladies a call! Really they are the best and I have worked in customer service for over 30 years so I know good service when I get it. Tj is great also. I started doing business with him years ago when I worked at a donut shop right next to his office. The staff always came in and was so nice I had to take my auto and renters insurance there where I knew we would be taken care of."

"Our SF insurance payment has more than doubled in the past few years; we have made no claims against our policy. We have lived at the same address and have the same vehicle. Has anyone else experienced this? EDIT: I understand the concept of "rising costs" ... but to have my payments DOUBLE with no claims against my insurance with State Farm?"
